Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors and of anyone who writes to us through the contact form, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect

• Contact form: company or organisation, full name, role, phone, email, location and number of sites, work list and message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data processed by the security systems (spam check and rate limit) and by the hosting provider, only as long as needed to serve the website.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request, arrange a site survey and send a quote: pre-contractual steps you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the website and the form from abuse and spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing and we do not sell or pass it on to third parties.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and Turnstile spam check.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivery of the email containing your request, from the no-reply address of the agency that runs the website, to our mailbox, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Onet Italia, the agency that runs the website: technical support and handling of the contact form, whose requests it forwards to us by email without storing them.

Retention

The website does not store requests in a database: they reach our mailbox as emails and we keep them as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows, then as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@crocigroup.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
